Consistently, blockage of either IL-17A alone or both IL-17A and IL-17F by the specific antibodies in mice receiving wild-type or Nsun2cKO naive CD45RBhi T cells protected the recipient mice from colitis development with normal phenotypes in body weight, colon macrograph and length, and colon tissue structure (Supplementary Fig. 14a, d and e, Fig. 4j, Supplementary Fig. 15a–c). Here, IL17A is linked to colitis.
