To determine the role of Lamin A/C in TPX2‐mediated tumor progression, we then transfected A2780 and SKOV3 cells with siRNA targeting the LMNA gene that codes for Lamin A/C (Figure 5A), and performed the apoptosis and ROS assays by flow cytometry, demonstrating that Lamin A/C silencing can partially rescue OC cells from ROS production and apoptosis under TPX2 KD condition (Figure 5B–D).
