DSCR9 and pancreatic neoplasm: More importantly, when being cotransfected into pancreatic cancer cells with lentivirus overexpressing DSCR9, miR-21-5p mimics significantly attenuated the effects of DSCR9 overexpression on BTG2 protein level, pancreatic cancer cell aggressiveness, and gemcitabine resistance, indicating that the DSCR9/miR-21-5p axis modulates pancreatic cancer cell proliferation, invasion, and drug resistance through BTG2.
