Most of the cohort were female, with a median age of 56 years (30—83 years), and most of the primary tumors were lung and breast cancers, of which the top two were gene-driven non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) (44.7%) and Her-2 or BRCA-positive invasive ductal carcinoma of breast (9.7%). The gene discussed is ERBB2; the disease is breast carcinoma.
