The purpose of this study was to detect the relationship between the expression of PTTG family members and OS, FP, and PPS in patients with STAD, predict the relationship between PTTG expression and clinical prognosis of gastric cancer using several clinicopathological parameters, and detect the relationship between PTTG transcriptional expression and gene mutation frequency and the overall survival rate of patients with STAD. Here, PTTG1 is linked to gastric adenocarcinoma.
