ICOSLG and urinary bladder cancer: Figure 7 displays that TNFSF9, PDCL1LG2, PVR, CD44, CD86, CD80, CD47, and CD276 in the immune checkpoint were expressed in the high-risk group, while BTN2A1, CD40, CD40LG, HLA−DMA, HLA−B, CD96, ICOSLG, and TNFRSF14 were mainly expressed in the low-risk group. For the former, except for TNFSF9, almost all other genes in the immune checkpoint were reported in bladder cancer and were associated with poor outcomes (Kiss et al., 2019; Kucan Brlic et al., 2019; Hu et al., 2020; Yang et al., 2020; Yan et al., 2021; Harland et al., 2022).
