The above results suggest that anti-DOG1 ADCs may be promising first-in-class therapeutic molecules for DOG1-positive tumors such as GIST, colon cancer, liver cancer, gastric cancer and esophageal cancer and may be used in preventive treatment protocols for inhibiting recurrence after curative resection of liver metastases of colorectal origin.
