As aforementioned results have demonstrated the fact that the expression levels of NCAPG2 in tumor samples and healthy controls are not only distinctly different but also tightly associated with all the four types of survivals (OS, DSS, DFS, PFS) in pancreatic cancer, we decided to conduct further experiments to explore its general functionality in pancreatic cancer. This evidence concerns the gene NCAPG2 and familial pancreatic carcinoma.
