We selected 10 genes identified by TINDL, which included the top 9 ranked genes (RPP25, EMP1, EXTL3, EXOC2, NUP37, RPL13, WBP2NL, RPS6, and GBP1) as well as the gene ranked as 19 (JAK2), due to its involvement with the type II interferon signaling pathway, an important pathway in cancer [66]. This evidence concerns the gene JAK2 and cancer.
