TP53 and escherichia coli infection: The enriched pathways in the high-risk group included focal adhesion, ECM-receptor interaction, p53 signaling pathway, regulation of actin cytoskeleton, and pathogenic Escherichia coli infection pathways; the low-risk-related pathways included degradation of valine, leucine, and isoleucine, fatty acid metabolism, propanoate metabolism, butanoate metabolism, and tryptophan metabolism pathways (Fig. 8A).
