Findings of this study concluded that, epigenetic alteration by siRNA-mediated silencing of DNA methylation and inhibition of histone deacetylation-mediated chromatin remodeling via specific inhibition of HDAC1 & HDAC2 synergistically inhibit cell proliferation and induce apoptosis by targeting EMT through modulation of centrosome amplification in triple negative human breast cancer cells (Fig. 11).
