PPARA and cancer: The results revealed a total of six pathways with differential expression; primarily, proteoglycans in cancer, amoebiasis, platelet activation, Staphylococcus aureus infection, hematopoietic cell lineage, and proteasome are just a few of the pathways that were enriched for upregulated protein pathways (Figure 3C); the other four are PPAR signaling and proteoglycans in cancer, Parkinson’s disease, platelet activation, and proteasome (Figure 3D).
