Aiming to identify potent common biomarkers of NSCLC radioresistance, we observed seven common up-regulated genes (ATRNL1, CA2, CNR1, FAM189A1, GFRA1, RASGRP1, RGL3) and nine common down-regulated genes (ADGRF1, EPHA7, LOX, LY6G5C, NSUN7, SLC22A31, SNAI2, TNFRSF11B and ZNF233) between the two cell lines. This evidence concerns the gene TNFRSF11B and non-small cell lung carcinoma.
