All the in vitro and in silico findings of the present research work against anti-HepG-2 cancer cell line and four key enzymes EGFR, PI3K, mTOR, and Tubulin polymerization conclude that the 2,5-dimethoxy based bromobenzofuran-oxadiazole BF-5 could be the potential lead anti-HepG2 cancer agent.
