The dysregulation of miR-409 has been detected in many neoplasms, including gastric cancer, prostate cancer, bladder cancer and lung adenocarcinoma [39,40,41,42,43]; miR-409-3p reportedly regulates cell proliferation and invasion by targeting zinc-finger E-box-binding homeobox 1 (ZEB1). This evidence concerns the gene ZEB1 and urinary bladder cancer.
