To begin to evaluate the functional consequence of elevated RPLP1 expression in endometrial cancer, we implemented well-characterized cell lines which represent Type I human endometrial adenocarcinomas (Ishikawa) and Type II human endometrial carcinomas (HEC-1A, HEC-1B and AN3 CA; [17]). This evidence concerns the gene RPLP1 and endometrium adenocarcinoma.
