MYCN and acute lymphoblastic leukemia: MYCN has been widely studied as an oncogene that is amplified in pediatric neuroblastoma [45], but it is also expressed in some B cell lymphomas [46], a subset of T cell acute lymphoblastic leukemias (T-ALL) [47], erythroleukemias [48], and leukemia cells lines including Jurkat T lymphoblasts [49,50].
