The chondroitin sulfate proteoglycan 4 (CSPG4) is an immunodominant tumor-associated antigen expressed in a variety of cancers, including melanoma, glioma, mesothelioma, neuroblastoma, adult and pediatric sarcomas, triple-negative breast cancer (TNBC), squamous-cell carcinoma, oligodendrocytoma, and some hematologic cancers [6,7,8,9,10]. The gene discussed is CSPG4; the disease is neuroblastoma.
