A phase III trial (ALTA-1L [34]) that included patients with stage IV ALK-p NSCLC and PS 0–1 revealed that the PFS of these patients is longer with brigatinib monotherapy than with crizotinib monotherapy (HR 0.49, 95% CI: 0.33–0.74) [34].
