Considering that androgens and AR signals are essential regulators in the growth of the normal prostate and play a key role in PCa pathogenesis, they represent a target for many agents, used both as monotherapy or in combination, with the intent to treat and improve the outcome of distinct clinical phenotypes of prostate disease: localized, CSPC, mCSPC, CRPC, and mCRPC.
