Considering both OS and PFS, the survival analysis demonstrated that high expression levels of ACTL6A was associated with a poor prognosis of ovarian cancer patients (p < 0.001 for OS and PFS, Figure 2D,E), as well as in ovarian cancer patients received chemotherapy (p = 0.031 for OS and p = 0.0021 for PFS, Figure 2F,G). This evidence concerns the gene ACTL6A and ovarian carcinoma.
