On the 7th day, the CXCR2 mRNA expression in the lumbar spinal cord increased after both vincristine and oxaliplatin administration by 3.564 ± 0.724-fold and 3.010 ± 0.549-fold, respectively (Figure 2B), which is in line with other research, proving the increase in CXCR2 in both vincristine- and oxaliplatin-induced neuropathy [24,27]. Here, CXCR2 is linked to neuropathy.
