Interestingly, and in line with the stress-ligand results, we only observed a cisplatin-dependent rise in PD-L1, CD86, CD155, and Gal9 surface abundance on CHLA-136 tumor cells (1.7-, 2.8-, 1.6-, and 1.3-fold increase; p = 0.0222, p < 0.0001, p < 0.0001, and p = 0.0093, respectively). The gene discussed is PVR; the disease is neoplasm.
