We observed that most of the IgM was against viruses and bacteria from respiratory tract infections (influenza A (FLU.Ohio), human metapneumovirus (hMPV.16 and hMPV.9), respiratory syncytial virus B (RSV.B), SARS-CoV-2 and Streptococcus pneumoniae (SPN)), and a fungus from a mucosal infection (Candida albicans (CAV)) (Figure 3A); while it mostly detected IgG Abs against respiratory tract infection virus (FLU.Ohio, Measles (MV), RSV.B, and SARS-CoV-2) and bacteria (Leptospira biflexa (LB.Patoc1) and SPN) (Figure 3B).
