LAMP1 and colorectal carcinoma: Figure 3A shows that the reactivity of the ADC (flow cytometry profiles in panel 3B) was comparable to that of native Cet, optimal at 2.5 μg/mL/106 cells, this concentration was chosen for the functional experiments. Confocal microscopy, depicted in Figure 3C, showed that Cet-ZA ADC was internalized in CRC-TAF and colocalized with the endosomal marker LAMP-1 within 48 h.
