From the drug sensitivity analysis using CellMinerTM database, we found that high XRCC4 expression was significantly associated with a better response to Everolimus, an inhibitor of mTOR [39] has been used for treatment of HER2-negative breast cancer, progressive neuroendocrine tumors, advanced RCC and so on [40]. This evidence concerns the gene XRCC4 and neuroendocrine neoplasm.
