In the HCC model in vitro, transwell assay showed that knockdown of NAT10 could significantly inhibit the migration and invasion ability of ERS HCC cells (Fig. 3A, B), and cell scratch assay showed that silencing of NAT10 could significantly inhibit the migration ability of Huh-7 and Hep3b cells in ERS state (Fig. 3C). The gene discussed is NAT10; the disease is hepatocellular carcinoma.
