The majority of the cancer-related immune cell scores for B cells, CD4 + effector/memory T cells, CD8 + T cells, CD8 + effector/memory T cells, class-switched memory B cells, macrophages, M1 macrophages, M2 macrophages, memory B cells, monocytes, native B cells, natural killer (NK) T cells, plasmacytoid dendritic cells, plasma B cells, CD4 + T-helper 1 (Th1) cells and CD4 + T-helper 2 (Th2) cells were lower in the high STON1-expressing KIRC group (Fig. 6a–d).
