The results showed that proliferation of RA-FLS (Fig. 3A), mRNA expression of pro-inflammatory cytokines (IL-6, IL-1β, TNF-α) (Fig. 3B) were obviously decreased, together with lower expression of VEGF and more declined pro-angiogenesis role of HUVEC (Fig. 3C) following FAO inhibition with ETO. This evidence concerns the gene RUNX1T1 and rheumatoid arthritis.
