To confirm that PI4K2A drives endocytic trafficking and to identify a biological role for PI4K2A-dependent endocytic trafficking in lung cancer, we identified PI4K2A-associated cell-surface receptors in our TurboID proximity ligation assays (Supplemental Table 1) and then assessed how PI4K2A influences the intracellular fates of those receptors. Here, CD177 is linked to lung cancer.
