Although CAMK2N1 hypermethylation did not affect the T or N stages, Gleason scores, PSA values, and the overall survival of PCa patients (Figure 2(e), Supplementary Figure S2A), hypermethylation at certain loci still worsened the progression-free survival of patients (Figures 2(f) and 2(g)).
