AKT1 and urinary bladder cancer: In KEGG pathway enrichment analysis, the upregulated DEGs were enriched in steroid hormone biosynthesis, PPAR signaling pathway, drug metabolism-cytochrome P450, metabolism of xenobiotics by cytochrome P450, bile secretion, chemical carcinogenesis-DNA adducts, and so on (Figure 4(c)), and the downregulated DEGs were enriched in PI3K-Akt signaling pathway, Coronavirus disease (COVID-19), cytokine-cytokine receptor interaction, bladder cancer, AGE-RAGE signaling pathway in diabetic, complications, proteoglycans in cancer, and others (Figure 4(d)).
