The results demonstrated that SERPINE1 was dramatically highly expressed in breast cancer, colon cancer, esophageal cancer, head and neck squamous cell carcinoma, clear cell renal cell carcinoma, gastric cancer, and thyroid cancer tissue, while prominently lowly expressed in renal chromophobe cell carcinoma, renal papillary cell carcinoma, hepatocellular carcinoma, and endometrial cancer tissue (Fig. 1). The gene discussed is SERPINE1; the disease is breast carcinoma.
