RBPJ and metabolic dysfunction-associated steatohepatitis: We designed primer pairs that did or did not contain the putative Rbpj binding site (Figure 4C) and performed ChIP from livers of mice fed normal chow or NASH diet for 16 weeks, which revealed that Rbpj occupancy of the Ccl2 promoter was significantly increased in the presence of endogenous Notch activity (Figure 4, D and E).
