CD8A and breast carcinoma: Low‐dose docetaxel augments the anti‐tumour immune response of endothelial cell vaccine by the induction of endothelial‐specific CD8+ cytotoxic T cells in an ET1 mouse breast cancer model in vivo, suggesting that docetaxel could not only enhance the anti‐tumour immune response, but also inhibit angiogenesis in breast cancer.16
