High HMMR expression was closely associated with high grade of WHO (Fig. 2D), age > 60 years (Fig. 2E), IDH wild type (Fig. 2F) and intact 1p /19q (Fig. 2G). We also found that immunohistochemical analysis of HMMR was positive in gliomas and significantly highly expressed in grade 4 (G4), while negative in normal tissues (Fig. 2H). This evidence concerns the gene HMMR and glioma.
