The KEGG pathway enrichment analysis of potential targets and the analysis of bubble plots identified the following pathways/genes/conditions closely related to fracture: cancer, lipid and atherosclerosis, AGE-RAGE signaling pathway in diabetic complications, chemical carcinogenesis – receptor activation, PI3K-Akt signaling pathway, platinum drug resistance, cAMP signaling pathway, transcriptional misregulation in cancer, serotonergic synapse, and malaria. This evidence concerns the gene RENBP and atherosclerosis.
