According to the bootstrap test, compared with SUVR alone, the combination of cholecystolithiasis, fever, CEA > 5 ng/ml and SUVR had a statistically significant improvement in ROC (D = 0.435; boot: n = 2000; boot: stratified = 1; P < 0.001) (Table 4). The gene discussed is CEACAM5; the disease is cholecystolithiasis.
