Among the 26 anti-CASPR2-positive patients, the 15 patients who presented with autoimmune encephalitis/encephalopathy/cerebellitis could probably be diagnosed with anti-CASPR2 neurological autoimmunity, as their clinical symptoms and signs and EEG, CSF and MRI changes were consistent with the characteristics of autoimmune diseases.
