Further study showed that QRQZ reduced important factors of the TLR4/NF-κB signaling pathway, TLR4, MyD88, p-IκB and p-NF-κBp65 in the liver of NASH mice, and downregulated the gene expression of pro-inflammatory cytokines IL-1β, IL-6, and TNF-α in the liver. Here, NFKB1 is linked to metabolic dysfunction-associated steatohepatitis.
