FN1 and gastric cancer: GSEA unraveled that extracellular matrix assembly, FC receptor signaling pathway, phagocytic vesicle, extracellular matrix structural constituent, fibronectin binding, transforming growth factor beta binding, B cell receptor signaling pathway, cell adhesion molecules CAMs, ECM receptor interaction, focal adhesion, T cell receptor signaling pathway, TGF-beta signaling pathway and ubiquitin-mediated proteolysis (Figures 7A, B), indicating that elevated TMEM200A could participate in the occurrence and progression of GC through these pathway.
