Similarly, a recent meta−analysis including six randomized controlled trials with 386 KRAS-mutant NSCLC patients suggested that anti-PD-(L)1 with or without chemotherapy displayed a significant association with prolonged OS (HR=0.59, 95%CI: 0.49–0.72; P<0.00001) and PFS (HR=0.58, 95%CI:0.43–0.78; P=0.0003) compared to chemotherapy alone (15). This evidence concerns the gene KRAS and non-small cell lung carcinoma.
