The results indicated that cutaneous T cell-attracting chemokine (CTACK) and IL-17 may be suggestively associated with the risk of SLE (odds ratio, OR: 1.21, 95%CI: 1.04–1.41, p = 0.015; OR: 1.37, 95%CI: 1.03–1.82, p = 0.029). The gene discussed is CCL27; the disease is systemic lupus erythematosus.
