LDHA is the key enzyme of glycolysis metabolism, which catalyzes the production of L-lactic acid from pyruvate, and is regarded as one of the potential tumor-associated metabolic enzymes in lung cancer.44 Our results suggest that Akk regulates metabolic enzymes, such as LDH and GLS, which are validated by IHC, and these enzymes play a critical role in lung cancer. The gene discussed is GLS; the disease is neoplasm.
