CD4 and chronic rhinosinusitis with nasal polyps: In the HC and GO datasets (GSE106543 and SRP226183), CD4 CTLs with increased cytotoxicity (cluster 2 and 7) predominated, but these cells did not predominate in the bladder cancer or chronic rhinosinusitis with nasal polyps (CRSwNP) datasets (GSE149652 and GSE179292; Fig. 2C&E).
