Clinical groups received treatment with Acetylcholinesterase inhibitors (AChEIs; donepezil) (for AD) and/or selective serotonin reuptake inhibitors (SSRIs; escitalopram) (for depression) according to diagnosis during the 16 weeks: AChEIs and SSRIs for AD + D, AChEI for AD − D, and SSRIs for LLD. This evidence concerns the gene ACHE and Alzheimer disease.
