Elevated CBLL1 and WTAP expression in PCa compared with non-malignant prostate cells is consistent with results observed in other cancer types where higher CBLL1 expression has been reported in HCC and NSCLC (Liu M. et al., 2018; Liu Z. et al., 2018), with elevated WTAP expression found in bladder cancer and AML (Bansal et al., 2014; Chen and Wang, 2018). The gene discussed is WTAP; the disease is non-small cell lung carcinoma.
