A number of recent studies have revealed that METTL3 is upregulated in PCa, and that this increased expression promotes migration and invasion of PCa cells, tumour growth, and is associated with higher tumour stage and poorer prognosis (Cai et al., 2019; Ma Z. et al., 2020; Yuan et al., 2020).
