ICH stroke occurred in 60 patients who were taking combination antihypertensive medication such as angiotensin-converting enzyme (ACE) inhibitors, β-blockers, and Ca2+- channel blockers (p < 0.05), whereas ICH stroke occurred in only 10 patients who were not taking any antihypertensive therapy (p < 0.001) (Table 8).
