KRAS and cancer: We tested whether the cyclo-CRVLIR peptide, as well as the other cyclo-CRVLAA 2nd derivatives (cyclo—CRVLID, CRVLRD, CRVLRR, CRVLKR, CRVLTR, CRVLKD), would be able to inhibit the p110α/KRAS interaction in cancer cell lines.
