Subcutaneous injection of Huh 7-MDR-TET2, Huh 7-MDR-Mock, Huh 7-shTET2, and Huh 7-shNC in mice revealed that when treated with chemotherapy agents, tumor growth of HCC cells with high expression of TET2 was significantly inhibited (Fig. 2K, L and Supplementary Fig. 2E, F). Here, TET2 is linked to hepatocellular carcinoma.
